Very little provided for rent to be so high.
I'm new to park and like it. However many people telling me they raise rent yearly too much and soon many won't be able to afford it. I am now concerned about how long we can afford to stay. Checked out other parks in area and this is way above cost at nearby parks for less. Monte Vists $350 with TV, water, Garbage and sewer. Wow/wish I had known, no wonder people move out.
This is a relatives clean place. Easy to get around while driving. People are friendly I think the family could have a good time or if you were by yourself just needing a long time I think you can get that as well. Overall pretty comfortable.
Great place to live.
Poor snow removal in winter
Clean park. Seems a little pricey but overall a good little community.
