The lady at the drive thru could barely pay attention to us. We kept having to repeat our VERY SIMPLE order. When we got our shakes, they didn't even put the lids on all the way. Not the best Arby's I've been to. The McDonald's right next to it had much better service.
Food was great, but they ran out of roast beef &other things so I was in line at drive thru for 20min tonight. It probably was an unusual occurance.
This store is so slow. Can’t even get a simple order straight. When they ask if you want sauces twice make sure you get your Auju sauce
This Arby's is well deserving of praise. The staff was friendly and courteous. They manager on staff was training a brand new crew member and he took the time to walk her through every step so that she wasn't overwhelmed and ensure the order was perfect. I was quite pleased with everything. The store was clean and orderly as well.
By far the most friendly and customer service-oriented fast food I’ve ever been to. Jacob, the manager, had a great attitude and was super nice and on top of things. Keep it up!
