When Shereen was here, I liked this place even though they seemed a little unorganized. Now that she is gone, it is terrible. The M.A.'s are difficult to work with. Staff refused to have Brian call me to discuss personal issue. Usually get answering machine and it can take up to a week to receive a call back. Prices have more than doubled in the last year.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Bryan HAINSWORTH is the worst, PA I have ever seen. This clinic is horrible. The will treat you wrong. They use labs that give bad results and then discharge you. There is nothing good about this clinic. There web sight is false advertising. They don't do most of the things they say. Shereen Zaugg there primary Doctor lets her license expire so you have no one decent to see.
This facility is a joke and should be shut down. Not only is their PA-C working on his own while the actual MD is having licensing issues, but he is negligent and has VERY poor bedside manner! Instead of contacting one of the providers my husband has been with faithfully for 4 years he insisted on a DNA test to prove my husband was taking his medication and not selling it. My husband is going in for his 3rd back surgery at the University of Utah next week due to an allergy to the implant in his spine. He has been in debilitating pain for a year and a half. This is provable by the scans and inflammation rates in his blood. This DNA test to prove he takes his meds was not covered by our insurance, unbenonced to us. Just got a bill for $3500.00. AND IT PROVED NOTHING! My husband had been out of work for over a year and a half due to this complication. His provider thought pain management may be a good thing for him due to the length of time he's had to rely on pain medication. Was told this facility is good at helping to keep patients comfortable! This is so VERY untrue. My husband has been made to suffer, called a lier (he's a very upstanding man who was forced into a terrible situation and has tons of family, friends coworkers, physicians who can attest to this), ignored, and as far as I'm concerned dismissed! This man should loose his right to practice and this facility shut down!! I will for sure be lodging a complaint with the state and federal medical board!
You want to know about bad people in the business I can draw you a map. Bryan is a very caring provider, and I have been seeing him for years. His staff is professional and I have never had a problem. The only problem I had was while the office was closed for conference, as Bryan keeps up on the regulations, testing requirements, and new things to offer his patients. If you have a problem, it is my guess that you are not doing the things he asks. I have seen worst, bad, and completely illegal providers and Bryan is not one of those. Pacific Labs is one of the premiere labs in the country. If they are unable to detect your levels then you are most likely doing something illegal, if not try a testing facility that is covered by your insurance and run your own test. If you are being seen at U of U already why switch and go all the way to Farr West when you're going to SLC anyway? I have been sick for so long, way beyond my expiration date, and Bryan and his staff have been tremendous in treating me like someone in pain. Thank you Peak Health and Wellness. You are a needed addition to the pain management care system. I feel for you guys as I can only imagine the deluge of people trying to scam their way in, and I respect and admire you guys. Thank you again.
Brian Hainsworth is a god send! Ive never had a issue with there office. I've been to a couple different clinics for back pain. He actually sits down and listens to your problem.
