If I could give a minus 5 I would. He did a root canal on one of my daughter's. She kept telling him that it kept hurting under the crown where he did the root canal. He kept telling her that "sometimes they will do that". A year later it is still hurting and causing her unbearable pain. She could not get into him the next day (so glad now - such a blessing) and so she visited a different dentist she was referred to. Come to find out, a piece of the instrument Dr Knight was using to do the root canal broke off (he is legally supposed to inform a patient of that, which he did not do) and so now she has a severe infection & damage to the tooth next to it. Because she has a small mouth, now it requires her going to an endodontist for surgery. Worthy of a lawsuit? Maybe.
THE WORST I'VE BEEN TO
Difficult to get in. Fillings weren't shaped right most of the time. Had a really hard time getting in to get them reshaped. He missed things in my sister's teeth and told her cracks were ok when they weren't. She ended up having a hugely infected tooth because of his mistake. She's now spent over $2,000 out of pocket getting his mistakes fixed. He refunded what she spent at his office but even getting him to do that was like asking him to cut his arm off. She just had to have oral surgery to remove a tooth he said was fine.
Dr. Knight is by FAR the best dentist I have ever seen, and I'm 30! He takes the time to actually listens to what the issue is. If you're in pain he does whatever is necessary to get you in to get you taken care of. His staff is absolutely wonderful, especially Camille. I'm so happy I found him and that he was taking new patients. Thanks so much, you guys really are the best!
We love this office. My husband and daughter don't have the best teeth, so when we've had a last minute need, they fit us in as quick as they can which is often that day or the next. The staff is friendly and very capable. I'd recommend them to anyone.
